Refund policy

Due to the unique and original nature of fine art, all artwork sales are final.

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for original artworks.

• Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and damage so we can assist with an insurance claim.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

• Include your order number and photos of the issue

• We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly

Shipping Policy

All artwork is shipped from the United States.

• All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for larger works.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted.

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

• International shipping is available upon request. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Valerie Burkes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
